Delivery Charges

All UK mainland  orders carry a £5.00 p&p delivery charge. This includes the signing on delivery service.

International Delivery

Royal Mail Global Mail  Standard  – orders carry a £5.00 p&p delivery charge – this is an economy untracked service which usually takes around 7 to 14 working  days – dependent on the country. Please note, we cannot be held responsible if the item(s) are lost in the postal system when the customer selected the untracked service. We do provide proof of initial posting.

Royal Mail Global Mail  Tracked  – orders carry a £10.00  p&p delivery charge – this is the same as the standard global mail but is tracked during transit.

When can I expect to receive my order?

Delivery is by Royal Mail post and can typically take between 5-7 days from the date of posting. Delays can occur if circumstances beyond our control disrupt postal services.

Most small orders are sent in sealed padded air bags that are designed to fit through standard size letter boxes. However, although it is advised but not a necessity, we do ask customers to set the delivery address as a premises where someone will be there to take delivery of the package, no matter how big or small the order.

 

Missing or delayed items

If your order has not arrived at the delivery address within the 14 day period please contact us at info@eastwestslide.co.uk.

 

Returns & Refund Policy
Terms and conditions

The East West Slide is handled with care and goes through a strict quality control procedure before shipping. We do hope you love your purchase, however, if for some reason you are not satisfied with it, please return it to us for a refund. To receive a refund please contact us within 14 days from the next day after receiving your item.

Original shipping and return delivery costs are the responsibility of the buyer, and we kindly ask you to return goods to us unused, in original packaging, undamaged in the condition they were received.
We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return delivery, therefore we recommend an insured and tracked mail service.

We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery. Please allow two weeks from when we receive your return for it to be processed.  Thank you.
